It is with deep sadness that we at Chang & Lee announces the passing of our founding partner, colleague, and leader, Grace Lea Chang, on January 25, 2026.

Grace Lea Chang was a dedicated attorney for over 35 years, with extensive experience, a superior reputation, a cherished member of our firm, a highly esteemed member of the legal community, and a pillar of the community. We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues.
